Nityo Infotech Services is looking to hire a Business Sales Associate for software product and IT services sales. Training will be provided to the right candidate for them to gain a better understanding of the software business, product sales, and how to effectively engage with clients.


- Pre-sales and product sales support in IT services, not a typical sales role.
- Candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, attend meeting, responding to questions, improving engagement with Nityo Clients, and providing outstanding customer service, gain superior knowledge in Software products and services.
- Achieve established goals.
- Educate the customers with Nityo software services.
- Gain superior software product knowledge for client engagement.
- Attend meetings with the Business Development Managers and maintain point of contact with the reporting manager.


Job Requirement:
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Able to engage with clients well and provide quality service.
- Previous experience in Customer Services will be added advantage.


Location: Ubi Techpark

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
