Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and visitors
  • Assist HR Manager for HR admin duties
  • Handling work pass application, renewal, cancellation and others
  • Source and facilitate employees' training enrollment
  • Manage insurance renewal for workers and company's premises 
  • Support Manager for quality and safety audits
  • Maintain, upkeep all employees personal records in a professional manner
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with some years of relevant experience  
  • Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills
  • Well-organized with good and analytical initiative
  • Resourceful and mature team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlooks, Words, Excel, Power Point, etc)
