Job Descriptions:

  • Manage a shared services team to deliver recruitment, learning, benefits and HR business partner operations to clients, which may include but not limited to the following:
  • Handle yearly HR exercises such as leave administration, insurance renewals, ITQ submissions, long service awards, etc.
  • Advise and respond to end users on organizational policies and procedures
  • Raise incident reports and service request for system
  • Administer approvals for contracts, bonuses, letter of offers in the system on daily basis
  • Follow up and secure consensus from stakeholders for cases with exceptional handling
  • Monitor pending task and ensure delivery is within KPI and SLAs
  • Deliver monthly reports and analyze efficiency and volume of services
  • Lead and motivate team to manage daily operational challenges
  • Engage in process improvements and SOP updates
  • Work with personnel at all levels and manage client relationship
  • Mange fulfilment of contractual requirements, and work with clients to revise contractual requirements / terms & conditions as necessary.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6pm



  • Up to $6000 (depending on experience)


Job Requirements:

  • Minimally Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR Operations in a supervisory role
  • Familiarity with Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing will be an added advantage
  • Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Able to multi task and is Tech Savy with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Quick learner and a team player
  • Meticulous in record keeping
  • Able to work independently
  • Resilience to withstand a fast passed environment with high volume of emails and request
  • High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement
