We’ve designed our Management Associate Career Development Programme to cultivate the best of the best in the consulting advisory world.

The consulting service industry is ever-changing. It requires talent and leaders who come from diverse backgrounds, have experience and can adapt to shifting trends.

Our training structure is based on a mix of experience, education and exposure.

The intensive curriculum includes Business, Entrepreneurial, Sales and Marketing, Banking and Financial skills and concepts, business and personal effectiveness modules.

After the initial training, ongoing training and career development opportunities will also be provided.

Management Traine will go through a structured programme comprising:

• Foundation 90 days empowerment Training
• 10 rotations: in Business Development, Branding, Expectation, Mindset, Networking, Presentation, Staging, Objection handling, Positioning Customer Engagement, Problem solving and Client Retention including full sales management cycle. Technical Training. Product Knowledge . Leadership Development and Social Media Creation
• The assigned Leader or Mentor will work with you to customise your Individual Career Development Plan, leading towards a generalist or specialist career track.
• After graduating from the 24 months’ programme, key considerations for your first career progression and promotion will be based on your individual strengths and career interests as well as business needs leading to Specialist or Leadership Management Path

• Min Local Diploma from any Local Government Polytechnic
