Office Secretarial – team support in law firm

  • Salary up to $2,600 with Variable Bonus

  • 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities

As office Secretary, you will be supporting a team of lawyers and ensuring that their days run smoothly. You will be managing all of their calendars, scheduling their meetings, booking their flights, expenses, and documentations etc.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
