The Job


In this role, you will oversee the commercial development, corporate relations, strategic partnerships and business growth. You will be responsible for developing long-term strategic relations that would benefit the firm's strategic goals of international expansion.

Your responsibilities would also include :

  • Design and create a partnership & alliance strategy for South East Asia that result in exponential growth in user acquisition. 
  • Sourcing strategic partners across geographies and develop strategic partnerships which contribute to the user acquisition targets. 
  • Managing the entire corporate sales cycle and close regional deals with corporations and strategic partners 
  • Manage the commercial relationships with corporations, including the up-selling and renewals of subscriptions. 
  • Work closely with the Founder on achieving business growth targets. 


The Profile


  • You have at least 5 years experience within Business Development, (B2B) Sales or Strategic Partnerships role, ideally within a Startup environment
  • You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You are a result-driven individual with an instinct for measuring ROI at each stage and making informed decisions, backed by relevant data. 
  • You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia and India.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
