  • Generate and issue invoices and DO (Delivery Order).
  • Communicate with customers and adhere to guidelines, record sales amount and track sales performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics team for importing matters and to ensure timely delivery of customers’ orders.
  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Prepare and consolidate month-end documents (Sales Summary/Purchase Summary/Inventory/Products Checklist etc.).
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
