REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Certificate in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent  
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Hands-on experience with XERO accounting software
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in the accounting & administration but new grads welcome to apply 
  • Responsible, positive attitude and able to work independently

  • Job Description 

  • Perform the day to day bookkeeping duties such as payment and input invoices, reviewing and reconciling bank, accounts receivable and payable, payroll using XERO
  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate monthly financials using XERO
  • Prepare quarterly GST / Administering government related claim
  • Prepare CPF and annual income submission
  • Handle ad-hoc general admin duties 
  • Process bank deposits
  • 5 days work week, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm
  • Option for flexi-place work arrangements once or twice a week
  • 13 mth AWS guaranteed
