RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide day to day support in full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Assisting in recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, sourcing, interviewing and selection.
  • Managing employees’ leave, administer training applications, proper filing and update record, prepare submission papers for recruitment.
  • Responsible for payroll, staff benefits and provides support to staffs e-leave and e-claim.
  • Leverages procedures, policy manuals, knowledge databases, assist in answering employee enquiries.
  • Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and internal policies.
  • Manager the complete onboarding and offboarding process for employees including the administrative work.
  • Preparing performance appraisal for confirmation, half-yearly and yearly performance review.
  • Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration including new application, renewal, cancellation and purchasing of security bond, etc.
  • Assisting in payroll administration including computation of overtime hours on excel worksheet.
  • Monitoring and keeping up-to-date training records.
  • Administration of leave and medical benefits.
  • Assisting in work injury compensation claims and staff insurance claims.
  • Setup and maintain personal files for employees.
  • Handle activities which foster staff well-being such as department dinner, birthday, wellness hampers, etc.
  • Coordinate posting and dissemination of all employee announcements, policies and general updates.
  • Generate letters where needed such as employment certification, confirmation, change of job titles/transfers, etc.
  • Manage the time attendance system.
  • Process local government claims (NS claims, maternity claims, childcare claims and etc)
  • Any other job assigned by HOD/Superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR operations/administration experience will be an advantage      

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

  • Familiar with local employment laws and regulations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and employees.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
  • Team player with good problem solving ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized.
  • Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Pro-active, hands on and flexible in driving process improvements.
