The CSA for the Corporate Secretarial team will provide full administrative support and work collaboratively with the team to help deliver the day-to-day responsibilities of the team.

The incumbent will provide support to the operational aspects of shareholder's and directors' meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda and papers, preparing minutes and resolutions, and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the team in providing corporate secretarial/administrative support to companies
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory records in compliance with the laws
  • Assist in preparing resolutions other corporate secretarial documents and filing notifications with the various authorities, i.e., ACRA, IRAS
  • Assist in obtaining extracts from ACRA
  • Support the team in recording and maintaining the team's internal file/database
  • Assist in collating information/documents for due diligence requirements

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following attributes and skills:

  • At least a diploma holder in any discipline
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Agile and willing to learn
  • Well organised, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure
  • No prior experience needed, but any short work/admin experience, internship will be a plus
