The Property Management Officer plays an important role in the operations team as the person has to maintain positive and strong client relationships and to manage the projects assigned. This role requires the person to carry out frequent maintenance inspection as well as to plan and provide effective preventive works for the benefit of the project. This person will work closely with the technical team to ensure upkeep of the project in the management and technical aspects of the projects.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Establish excellent working relationships with new or existing clients and stakeholders in accordance to company’s service standards
  • Execute routine maintenance checks that require immediate attention, repairs or replacements
  • Attend to residents’ daily feedbacks or complaints on any maintenance issues
  • Liaise with external contractors to facilitate repairs, damages and replacements
  • Update the maintenance checklist when any repairs or replacements are carried out
  • Prepare necessary procurement documents and quotations
  • Prepare (documents, logistics and other necessaries) for monthly and annual general meetings to update the clients on the current progress of their assigned projects and suggest new improvements
  • Provide professional advice to clients on estate practices based on legal framework and regulations as suggested by the governing bodies
  • Perform administration duties such as preparation of minutes, purchasing orders, updating maintenance schedules, and write up of respective reports
  • Administers important documents from the respective portfolio sites and back to the main headquarters
  • Prepare management reports and other deliverables
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned



  • Diploma in relevant fields, or equivalent from an accredited polytechnic, pre-university or institution
  • Property or Facilities management related experience will be an advantage
  • Knowledge on Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) preferred
  • A friendly demeanour and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
