Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly and that guests receive a high standard of service.
  • Produce high levels of food quality and ensure that all standard recipes are followed in the preparation process.
  • Assess and make suggestions to the Head Chef in order to adapt the offer to changing customer expectations.
  • Oversee and supervise a team of staff to achieve the objectives set

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in preparation of Chinese cuisine
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
