MND's Human Resource Business Partnerships Section provides critical support to MND by ensuring the optimal deployment and development of its manpower so as to achieve its organizational goals. You will be involved in workforce planning for MND and work with our Statutory Boards in the MND Family. You will need to analyse data on manpower and propose measures to address workforce structure and capability issues in the organization. You will also handle other aspects of HR functions, ranging from handling staff benefits, driving digitalization efforts and reviewing and proposing internal HR strategies and policies to meet MND's needs. 


You should preferably possess/be:

  • Qualifications or prior HR/research work experiences would be an advantage
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in workforce planning
  • An inquisitive mind with good communication, interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility 
  • Good conceptualizing skills and able to analyse complex information
  • Confident to engage stakeholders
  • A team player and be able to work with staff at various levels
