AVP/MGR, Client Implementation & Management_Corporate Travel, UOB Travel

This is a client facing role which requires you to work both independently and as a team to lead with on-boarding of new corporate customers. You will also be assigned a portfolio of clients to manage and achieve revenue and profitability targets. Work as an integral part of the corporate travel team and of the larger UOB Travel and UOB Group to deliver the holistic UOB value.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work as an integral member of the Client Management team to develop and execute implementation plan to ensure seamless transition from existing supplier.
  • Engage with clients to scope requirements, establish timelines and communication plan and support the change management process and smooth customer on-boarding.
  • Work with sales acquisition team to align the service level agreement to clients requirements and to agreed deliverables.
  • Arrange travel roadshows and focus groups.
  • Carry out post-implementation reviews with client with Sales and Client Manager.
  • Account management a portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen to assess risk profiles and ensure commercial compliance and policy requirements are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognised tertiary education with minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in a corporate travel environment.
  • Analytical skills with ability to meet time sensitive deliverables.
  • Strong business and financial acumen and able to establish and develop relationships across all levels of clients’ organization.
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skillsets.
  • Excellent team skills and a positive winning attitude.
  • Good knowledge of the travel industry and corporate space.
