Who are you?
You have experience in high volume or multi-unit retail business and have strong interest in the home furnishing business and customer service. You have fair commercial acumen, able to relate to customers’ needs and advise them on the products available accordingly.
How is the job?
You are cheerful and outgoing, with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate ideas and follow-up to incoming sales enquiries. Basic computer literacy and ability to support our retail peak hours.
Reporting to the team leader, you are to support sales maximisation in your business area by leveraging on existing IKEA product range, and tools.
You know your top selling products, ensuring their stock availability and at the same time, promote alternative products through effective store space utilization and range presentation to provide inspiration and encourage visitors’ purchase in return.
You are responsible in maintaining the business area, ensuring that it is clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked, and merchandising basics are in place at all times. GROWING TOGETHER
You must be able to work and support retail operation peak periods on public holidays and both Saturdays and Sundays.
