Finance and Admin Manager (Centre for Liveable Cities)

You can expect an engaging and dynamic career at CLC handling a wide ranging of corporate development duties to support CLC, a division of MND that conducts research, produce content for publication, organize and run capability development programmes and other CLC knowledge platforms such as the World Cities Summit and other events.

Your primary duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Work with the Division staff to plan for budget (current and multiple-year)
  • Monitor and produce regular management reports (cashflow monitoring and utilisation)
  • Draft and review of Finance & Admin SOPs/processes
  • Assist in financial activities of subsidiary
  • Administrative and other duties
  • Drive compliance with IMs and MND’s guidelines


  • Accounting/Finance/Business qualifications/experience strongly preferred
  • Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in the Public Sector will be an added advantage, particularly in finance and office administration;
  • Familiar with IMs and government financial systems
  • Possess excellent organisation, communication (written & spoken) and administration skills;
  • Be a team player who is able to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Attentive to details and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
