Our Customer Service team provides personalised services to our members to help them make informed choices to optimise their CPF savings.
 

CPF Schemes Management

Our Schemes Management team oversees the CPF accounts of all our members, providing effective services for members to access savings for approved users to meet their retirement, healthcare, housing and other needs.

 



Agency Services

We work with other government agencies to implement and administer national schemes such as the GST Voucher, Workfare Income Supplement and Silver Support Scheme to benefit citizens.

Our IT team is the backbone of our operations, providing secure and innovative technology solutions to serve our members.

 






Enforcement

We work with employers to ensure our CPF members receive accurate and timely CPF contributions.

[Internship] Data Analysis and Workplace Automation

As trustee of the nation’s retirement savings, the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board helps 4 million CPF members save for their retirement, healthcare and housing needs. Our CPF schemes touch our CPF members across various life stages, and we serve CPF members knowing that we can make a difference. Project Title: Data Analysis to Support Encouraging Nominations and Workplace Automation

Who we look for:

  • With minimum experience in Data mining and/or Analysis and Business Process Analysis
  • Good knowledge of Robot Process Automation tools
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to apply relevant statistical/analytical tools and techniques for data compilation and analysis

Project Description:

  1. Workplace Automation
    - UI macros to relieve staff from toggling between systems
    - Automatic system rostering
  2. Conversion of NOM’s hardcopy application forms (that have yet to be digitised) to FormSG
  3. Support initiatives to encourage nomination making
    - Assist in data collation and statistics generation
    - Provide support for message testing to encourage nominations
    - Providing support for general admin work toward encouraging nominations

Learning Outcome:

  • Mine and analyse data to support strategies toward encouraging nomination
  • Implement automation at workplace using RPA tools
