Helpdesk Agent

  • Provide 1st Level Technical Support to users over phone on technical issue or via remote assistance tool and emails
  • Provide and perform ID and password reset process and procedures for end users.
  • Administrate service request ticketing system
  • Escalation, tracking of incident problems etc


Requirements:
  • Possess good communication (written and oral) skills in English language.
  • Good telephony skills.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills, motivated in customer handling.
  • Ability to express oneself clearly


Nearest MRT station: Expo
Salary : $2000 - $2200 depending on experience
