Job role:

  • Provide a consultative service to clients and candidates
  • Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
  • Business development and developing long term relationships with clients
  • Source for high-calibre professionals for the financial services industry

 

Requirements:

  • You should possess a degree in ANY discipline ideally with at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Resourceful, highly self-motivate
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Keen interest in sales and business development
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant is not a must
