Recruiting is a good profession for those who like client contact, are personable, and one who can make quick judgments when on the phone. He/she should also have a confident personality with the ability to stay focused and committed.

Job role:

  • Provide a consultative service to clients and candidates
  • Conducting of interviews and assess the aptness of potential candidates
  • Business development and developing long term relationships with clients
  • Source for high-calibre professionals for suitable mid-senior level executive positions

Requirements:                            

  • Resourceful, highly self-motivated and driven
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Keen interest in sales and business development
  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant is not a must
