Customer Service Ambassador @ Jurong east (5 days work week/Office Hours)


Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)

Work Location: Jurong east

Job Description:

(a) Guide customers to self-help with ease (e.g. e-lodgement of claim, online appointment, check in kiosks)
(b) Manage queues effectively and help special-needs customers

(c) Provide directional assistance to customers
(d) Conduct surveys to solicit feedbacks from customers on the quality of service rendered.

(e) Any other customer service duties as required.

 

Requirements:
(a) GCE ‘O’ level and above

(b) Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience
(c) Competent and IT literate
(d) Good communication and interpersonal skills
(e) Pleasant, positive and with friendly disposition

(f) Singaporeans only
