Senior Manager, Customer Operations (Services), Work Pass Division - (Part-Time) 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities

You will be part of the work pass processing teams to handle Employment Pass (EP)/S Pass applications and appeals, assess requests on quota and change in business entity transfers from companies, and handle Work Pass enquiries received.

 

You will ensure that policies are accurately translated into operations and processing outcomes meet overarching policy intent, assess work pass applications or appeals for foreign worker work pass schemes, analyse and recommend course of actions for requests/appeals that fall outside policy parameters.

 

You will also support implementation of new policies or changes to ensure that the policy intentions are met, review, recommend and implement improvements to work pass policies, systems and processes. You will also handle customer enquiries.

 

Requirements

  • Possess a tertiary qualification in any discipline
  • Possess good written and verbal communication, and customer service skills
  • Possess analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A good team player with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to complex changes
